If you have questions about an item you may click on the button "request information" and ask questions and we will reply usually the same day. We will try to answer our emails at least once or twice a day and usually more often than that. Shipping will be added based on your location. We offer the choices of Priority and First Class Mail if there is much difference in the costs and insurance is optional. If you are a VA resident subject to tax we’ll add that in also. We will email all customers with a total due which will include shipping. The first email you get will basically be a confirmation that you have ordered an item or items. Please wait for a email from us with shipping charges added before making payment.
